1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to EazySync services until that period expires.

2. Refund Policy

- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if canceled within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

- Any promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may issue refunds or credits for extenuating circumstances, such as:

  • Service disruptions caused by technical failures on our end.
  • Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
  • Medical or emergency situations with valid documentation.
